The Shanaz Indian Restaurant offers full table service when you dine in our curry house.
Shom Mulla one of the locals favourite Shanaz Exclusives. The dish consists of sliced chicken breasts made with an innovative cooking style combing a creamy base, butter and coconut with fresh onions, green chillies, turmeric sprinkled with mustard seeds and coriander. The dish is highly recommended by regulars as it provides a creamy texture and hot flavours that will excite your palate.
In Northern India, saucy curries and dals are served with bread to soak up the sauce. One of the most popular Indian breads is Naan, a soft and chewy flat bread that makes the perfect accompaniment to any saucy dish. Naan is a leavened flatbread made from white flour. Typically, yeast and yogurt are used to leaven the bread. The yogurt also gives the naan its characteristic texture and flavour.
Try our Chicken Tikka tandoori. Marinated in tandoori sauce cooked in a clay-oven with garnished onion and coriander. If you dine in with us, you get this dish as a sizzler.

Chicken Jalfrezi an old classic. A flavourful curry made with juicy barbequed chicken breasts cooked with spicy green chillies, stir fried onion and peppers, coriander with a blend of hot spices. If your on the fence about which curry you want, you cant really go wrong with a Jalfrezi.
The Shanaz Indian Restaurant & Takeaway is located on the corner of Edward Street and Frances Street. This fine establishment has been at this current place since 2000.
Chicken Panasia, a fusion dish bringing together traditional sweet Chinese stir fried styled cooking with a taste from the Indian sub continent. Chicken fillets lightly floured and deep fried, caramelised with cashew nuts, chat masala, sliced garlic drizzled with fresh lemon juice and sprinkled with sesame seeds for a sweet delightful flavour.
